Prepare for your racing adventure with a medical examination. A doctor will be available at Avos Watersports Den during the Winter Round on April 6th & 7th to conduct medicals for a small charge of £70 (£150 if done by your own GP). If you plan to take out an annual license this year, this will be your only chance, aside from consulting your own GP.
New participants must pass a simple 20-question induction test on the basics of health and safety while racing. This is a one-time requirement.

And, of course, safety first! Don’t forget your safety gear – helmets, back protectors for all classes, and leg and thigh protectors must be worn in all runabout and sports divisions.

For those not ready for an annual commitment, the Event License is available for £150, with a restriction of 3 Event Licenses per year. After this limit, a medical examination is required. If a full license is applied for later in the same year, previous Event license payments will be deducted from the full license fee.
