Josh Tinker

Josh “Tink” Tinker, a computer engineer from Wakefield born on December 9, 1995, enjoys 90’s music and races with the number 129, chosen because his preferred number was already taken and 129 aligns with his birthday. Starting his racing career in 2019, Josh has competed in the Vintage X2 class, achieving 2nd overall in 2018 and 3rd overall in 2019. His pre-race routine includes triple-checking that his ski will start and second-guessing if he put in fuel. For the 2024 season, he will be riding a 1990 Kawasaki X2 built by himself and John Church, with sponsorship from Loki Customs and Fosse Hill Jet Ski Centre.
