JSRA and the future

Even more ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION.......The JSRA (Jetsport Racing Association of Great Britain) can today announce their exciting plans for the continued future growth of jetski racing in the UK for 2016 and onwards...

Due to the recent unrest within the RYA and their streamlined focus on non-motorised craft racing which included each division outsourcing their own insurance and also losing the flexibility of day licenses, the JSRA called an EGM to discuss the best way forward. Both the riders and committee have taken the decision to exit the affiliation to the RYA and focus their efforts on being the UK body of the IJSBA (World governing body for jetski racing)

This is a really exciting time for UK Racing and in particular the JSRA and allows the JSRA to continue to grow from strength to strength, taking this closed circuit racing to newer venues with greater spectator footfall but also maintaining a competitive edge with regards license fee costs and entry fees and finally also allowing new riders the flexibility of day licenses to be able to sample the adrenaline filled action which is jetsport racing.

The JSRA would like to thanks the RYA for all their support in past years and wish them luck with the realigned endeavours..
